"A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…"
A guaranteed original exhibition poster from 2002 for the Edinburgh leg of the travelling show "The Art of Star Wars".
This exhibition included over 200 original paintings, drawings, models and costumes, all from the archives of George Lucas' Lucasfilm.
Having being shown in U.S. and at a few venues in Europe, The Art of Star Wars reached Edinburgh in March 2002. With Attack of the Clones being being released in May 2002, Edinburgh was the first venue to display exhibits from the second Star Wars episode, with Acklay from the Genosian Execution area and the residents of Kamino among the new exhibits.
Over 125,000 people would visit the show during its six month stay in the Scottish capital.
This wonderful poster, with a superb image of C-3PO, has never been folded and as our photos show, is in lovely condition, with very few signs of its twenty year history. It will look superb on the wall of any Scottish Star Wars fan!
We only sell guaranteed original posters. We do not sell reproductions.
Note: This poster is priced unframed. Photos showing framed and 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
