A guaranteed original and framed U.S. '11 x 14' lobby card from 1980 for "The Empire Strikes Back", sequel to 1977's "Star Wars" and perhaps the most highly regarded of the Star Wars sequels.
Based on a story by George Lucas, this incredible film stars Mark Hamill (as "Luke Skywalker"), Harrison Ford (as "Han Solo"), Carrie Fisher (as "Princess Leia"), Billy Dee Williams (as "Lando Calrissian"), Frank Oz (as "Yoda") and a host of actors now very familiar to all movie fans.
This original lobby card, showing Luke and R2-D2 after their X-wing crash landed on Dagobah, would have been used in the foyer of a U.S. cinema / movie theatre at the time of the film's 1980 release. As our photos show, it is in superb condition!
It has been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with an iced white mount, protective barrier board and crystal clear Perspex glazing. As our photos show, it will look amazing on display!
