Careful packaging matters
We have handled and shipped valuable artwork for many years, and we understand how easily it can be damaged if not packed properly.
Every order is prepared with care, using packaging selected to protect the piece in transit and help it arrive in excellent condition. Wherever possible, our packaging is recyclable too.
United Kingdom
Shipping within the UK
We provide free delivery on everything shipped within the United Kingdom.
We always aim to process poster and Light Box orders promptly, and many are dispatched the same day using a 24-hour service. Larger posters that require bespoke packaging may take a little longer; if so, we will always let you know.
For orders that include custom framing, please allow up to two weeks for framing and delivery.
Overseas orders
International shipping
We are pleased to ship posters internationally.
For overseas orders over £250, delivery is free. For overseas orders under £250, we charge a flat fee of £30 to help cover the additional cost of safe international transit.
Please note that we are not currently able to ship Light Boxes or framed posters outside the UK.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and associated administration charges. These charges are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
If these charges are not paid, the parcel may not automatically be returned to us and may ultimately be disposed of. In those circumstances, we are not able to provide a refund.
