A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 2024 for Kenji Kamiyama's anime fantasy film "The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim", based on the characters and world created by J.R.R. Tolkien and starring Brian Cox, Miranda Otto, Luca Pasqualino, Lorraine Ashbourne, Shaun Dooley, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan and posthumously, Christopher Lee,
Set around 200 years before Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings trilogy, this wonderful film tells the story of the legendary King of Rohan, Helm Hammerhand (Brian Cox).
The film had a very limited theatrical run, being released on streaming over a couple of weeks after its cinema release, so we imagine original posters for the film are thin on the ground. This is only the first we have found.
This wonderful movie poster is in super condition and as our photos show, will look amazing on display. Being double-sided, it could be displayed in an Art of the Movies Light Box or framed traditionally.
By the way, the film's script is based on the history of the rulers of Rohan from the appendices of Tolkien's 1954 novel The Lord of the Rings.
