A guaranteed original U.S. one sheet movie poster from 1981 for John Landis' superb Horror thriller "An American Werewolf In London", starring David Naughton, Jenny Agutter, Griffin Dunne, John Woodvine and Frank Oz.

When two young American back-packers find themselves lost on the Yorkshire Moors, they are given just one piece of advice "stick to the road..."

Director Landis wrote the screenplay for this incredible movie when he was just nineteen! It mixes some wonderful moments of horror with a self deprecating script and some inspired music choices. It is well worth a watch today!

This fantastic movie poster is a rare one, they are very hard to track down. This example was originally issued folded (as was common place at the time) and it also looks like someone hand folded it at some point too. It has recently been linen-backed and restored and while signs of its age are still visible, it displays very well and will look incredible framed and on display. We love it.

By the way, the humour didn't end with the script, the real-life production company for the movie was entitled 'Lycanthrope Films'!
