We have written before of our love of illustrated posters of the twentieth century.  The rise of the personal computer all but killed the art form, but that is changing .

This week, the BBC recognised that with a wonderful article on the 40th Anniversary poster for The Return of the Jedi, by British artist Matt Ferguson.

Documentaries have enjoyed something of a facelift since the turn of the century. 

Suddenly, documentaries were hot and the success of Michael Moore’s films paved the way for a golden age of documentary filmmaking. 

As he sets out to make his own, writer turned film-maker Lee Adams delves in to the world of the documentary movie.

Art of the Movies HQ is about 2.5 miles from Warner Brothers Studios Leavesden but, incredibly, until last weekend, the AotM family had never been to their Making of Harry Potter experience.
