The first of these we have tracked down!

A guaranteed original style 'D' advance one sheet movie poster from 2000 for Bryan Singer's incredible super-hero adventure "X-Men", starring Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Famke Janssen, James Marsden, Bruce Davison, Anna Paquin, Rebecca Romijn and Ray Park.

A movie based on the Marvel comic characters created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby had been under development since 1984. It would take 20th Century Fox's acquisition of the film rights (for $2.6M) to get things moving.

The resultant film introduced us to a host of now very familiar mutants, as the distrust between those with superhuman abilities and those without increases.

X-Men would take close to $300M at the global box office and kick start a franchise of highly successful films.

This superb and very hard to find single-sided movie poster has never been folded and is in fantastic condition. It will look amazing as a focal point of any super-hero fan's collection!

By the way, in the merry-go-round of film studio acquisitions, the X-Men would come back to Marvel / Disney in 2019, over twenty years since they were originally sold away!
