A guaranteed original Polish movie poster for Ron Howard's "Willow", based on a story (and produced) by George Lucas, and starring Warwick Davis, Val Kilmer and Joanne Whalley.

Whilst Lucas had originally conceived of the story in the early 1970s, it wasn't until the 1980s that the technology (largely from his own company, Industrial Light and Magic) was advanced enough to convincingly create the fantasy world. Lucas approached Warwick Davis for the role of 'Willow Ufgood' during the filming of "Return of the Jedi". It would be a further five years before filming got under way!

This absolutely incredible movie poster has artwork by illustrator Wieslaw Walkuski that is unique to the Polish release. It was produced in 1989 for the first release of the movie in Poland. It has never been folded and as you can see in our high-resolution photos, is in superb condition and will look amazing framed.

By the way - Ron Howard recently confirmed that a sequel television series is currently in development for the Disney+ streaming service. We understand that production has already started in Wales!
