A stunning movie poster! 

A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1984 for James Cameron's robot-from-the-future sci-fi classic "The Terminator", written by Cameron with Bill Wisher and Gale Anne Hurd.

Apparently inspired by a fever induced dream of a robot with knives, this is the film that established Cameron as a major league director and Arnold Schwarzenegger as an action film leading man. Alongside Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton and Michael Biehn star as The Terminator's target and her saviour from the future.

This superb single-sided movie poster has never been folded and as our photos show, is in lovely condition. It was produced as the U.S. film industry was transitioning from 27x41 to 27x40 inch movie posters and as a result has a half inch white border top and bottom. The future owner may choose to frame that on display or to hide it behind the mount, as we have shown.

Either way, it will look incredible framed and on the wall of a sci-fi, 1980's or film fan. A real collector's piece.

By the way, apparently Sylvester Stallone and Mel Gibson both turned down the role of the Terminator. Schwarzenegger famously only has 17 lines in the film. Just 58 words!
