A stunning and guaranteed original French "Grande" poster from 1970 (the film's original release in France) for Stanley Kramer's World War 2 melodrama "The Secret of Santa Vittoria", based on the best selling novel by Michael Chichton.

Starring Anthony Quinn, Anna Magnani, Virna Lisi, Hardy Kruger and Sergio Franchi, the film was shot on location at Anticoli Corrado, Italy. Set in the Summer of 1943, it tells of the people of Santa Vittoria as they attempt to outwit the Nazi occupiers set on plundering the treasures of the town's wine cellars.

The fantastic artwork is by a master from the second half of the twentieth century, Bob Peak. His seamless blending of the main character with the ensemble of the town's folk is an iconic piece of design. The poster is a stylish classic that will look fantastic in a home setting (perhaps even with linen-backing).
