Set during the Cold War, the film follows a rogue Soviet naval submarine captain (Sean Connery) who wishes to defect with his submarine ('The Red October') and crew to the West.

This fantastic single-sided poster has never been folded and is in really phenomenal condition. 

By the way, for the techies, the 'caterpillar drive' that supposedly made the Red October so stealthy is actually based on real science, and the 'magnetohydrodynamic drive'!
