In a remake of the 1958 movie of the same name (which starred Al Hedison), Goldblum is eccentric scientist 'Seth Brundle', with Geena Davis as journalist 'Ronnie Quaife'.  When Seth 'perfects' his teleportation system and tests it upon himself, his behaviour begins to get more and more erratic...

A critical and commercial smash hit, the movie would go on to win an Oscar for its amazing make-up transformation of Goldblum.
