A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 2017 for Sean Baker's coming of age drama "The Florida Project", starring Willem Dafoe, Brooklynn Kimberly Prince, Bria Vinaite, Valeria Cotto, Christopher Rivera and Caleb Landry Jones.
Introducing a largely unknown cast, The Florida Project follows the summertime adventures of a young girl who lives with her mother in a budget hotel in the shadow of Walt Disney World, blissfully unaware of the financial hardship that they find themselves in.
Shot on location in Florida, apparently the closing scenes were filmed without permission in Disney World's Magic Kingdom, on an Apple iPhone!
Made for a 'mere' $2M, The Florida Project would go on to take over $10M at the global box office with Willem Dafoe receiving a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination for his portrayal of Bobby Hicks, the manager of Magic Castle - BUT - it is the performance of Brooklynn Prince as the young Moonee that is truly extraordinary. Her cheeky energy makes the film something really special.
In July 2025, it was placed 63rd on Rolling Stone's list of The 100 Best Movies of the 21st Century.
This wonderful movie poster has never been folded and is in fantastic condition. Being double-sided, it is suitable for display in an Art of the Movies Light Box or traditional framing.
