A brilliant piece of 1960's sci-fi styling! A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1964 for Terence Fisher's end of the world, sci-fi horror "The Earth Dies Screaming", starring Willard Parker, Virginia Field, Dennis Price, Vanda Godsell, Thorley Walters and David Spenser.

Screen-writer Harry Spalding said the title came from a joke and "somehow it kind of stuck"! Shot at Shepperton Studios, just outside of London, it is referenced in "The Zombie Movie Encyclopaedia" (Peter Dendle) as "... an obvious precursor to Night of the Living Dead".

This wonderful period piece poster was originally issued folded, but has since been linen-backed and as our photos show looks fantastic! A wonderful piece for any fan of 1960's sci-fi and horror. We love it!

By the way, the film was the inspiration for an Atari 2600 computer game and songs by UB40 and Tom Waits!
