What a fantastic premise for a film! NASA's Voyager 2 probe carries a gold plaque inviting other alien civilisations to Earth. What might happen when one of them actually turns up?

Starring Jeff Bridges (who was nominated for the 'Best Actor' Oscar for this film), Karen Allen, Charles Martin Smith and Richard Jaeckel, this movie has flown under the radar in recent years, but was lauded at the time and still carries fantastic reviews today. One to find and watch again!
