A guaranteed original and framed '8 x 10' colour movie still from 1977 for "Star Wars", now known as "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope".

Written and directed by George Lucas and nominated in the Best Picture Oscar category, Star Wars introduced us to Mark Hamill (as "Luke Skywalker"), Harrison Ford (as "Han Solo"), Carrie Fisher (as "Princess Leia"), Anthony Daniels (as "C-3PO"), Kenny Baker (as "R2-D2") and a host of actors now very familiar faces to all movie fans.

This superb movie still shows Princess Leia consoling Luke after the death of his mentor, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Was their escape from the Death Star real, or did the Empire let them go a little too easily? The reverse of the still carries 20th Century Fox 1977 copyright information and we will provide an image of this for the new owner.

It is in fantastic condition and has been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with an iced white mount, protective barrier board and crystal clear Perspex glazing. As our photos show, it will look amazing on display!
