"At the end of the Universe lies the beginning of vengeance..."

A guaranteed original Australian day bill movie poster from 1982 for Nicholas Meyer's sci-fi sequel "Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan".

The second movie spin-off from Gene Roddenberry's original TV series stars William Shatner (as Captain James T. Kirk), Leonard Nimoy (as Mr. Spock), DeForest Kelley (as Dr. "Bones" McCoy), James Doohan (as Commander Montgomery "Scotty" Scott), George Takei (as Lieutenant Commander Hikaru Sulu), Walter Koenig (as Chekov) and Nichelle Nichols (as Lieutenant Commander Uhura).

Joining them is Ricardo Montalban. He first played genetically engineered 'Khan' in the 1967 Star Trek episode Space Seed. Awoken from cryogenic suspension by the crew of the Enterprise, he attempted to take over the ship. Kirk prevailed and banished him and his followers to an uncolonized world.

The Wrath of Khan sees the outcast pitted against his old adversary and hell bent on revenge. Considered one of the best films of the original cast movies, Star Trek II would take close to $100M at the box office and cement Khan Noonien Singh as one of the great Star Trek adversaries. Benedict Cumberbatch would take the role for 2013's Star Trek Into Darkness.

The fantastic poster, known as a day bill, was produced for the Australian release of the film. Originally issued folded, it has remained so and as our photos show it will look superb framed and on the wall of any Star Trek fan!

By the way, this was the film that introduced the Kobayashi Maru training exercise to the Star Trek Universe. How would you...? Could you...?, Pass the test?

We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.

Note: This poster is priced unframed. Photos showing framed and 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
