A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1995 for Ang Lee's romantic comedy "Sense and Sensibility", starring starring Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Kate Winslet, Hugh Grant, Gemma Jones and Tom Wilkinson.

Adapted from the novel by Jane Austen, Sense and Sensibility follows the well-heeled Dashwood sisters as they fall upon hard times and are forced to seek wealthy husbands.

This wonderful movie would receive universal acclaim and earn seven Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, Best Actress (Thompson) and Best Supporting Actress (Winslet). The multi-talented Emma Thompson would win the Best Writing (Adapted Screenplay) award.

This fantastic single-sided poster has never been folded and is superb condition! The bottom of the poster has artefacts from the printing process, but both examples of this poster that we have seen carry identical marks, so this must be how the posters were issued. As our photos show, it will look wonderful framed and on display!
