A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 2009 for Armando Iannucci's superb British political satire "In the Loop", starring Peter Capaldi, Tom Hollander, Gina McKee, James Gandolfini and Chris Addison.

Iannucci's BBC TV series The Thick of It hit the small screen in 2005 and quickly established itself as the must-see political black comedy of the time. His ability to make the most ludicrous situations seem perfectly plausible in modern politics was uncanny. 

Apparently, prior to rehearsals the scripts would be sent to the shows 'swearing consultant', Ian Martin. He, and the cast's improvisation, lead to some of the most memorable phrases in British comedy!

In the Loop span off from the series in 2009 and Peter Capaldi reprised the role of Malcolm Tucker, the UK Prime Minister's Machiavellian Director of Communication.  

This wonderful single-sided movie poster is designed in the style of Shepard Fairey's famous HOPE poster for Barack Obama's 2008 election campaign!
