A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1994 for Mike Newell's very-British romantic comedy "Four Weddings and a Funeral", starring Hugh Grant, Andie MacDowell, Kristin Scott Thomas, Simon Callow, James Fleet, John Hannah, Charlotte Coleman, David Bower, Corin Redgrave and Rowan Atkinson.

Apparently Curtis realised that he had attended 65 weddings in 11 years and had even been propositioned at one! Seventeen drafts later, he had the story-lines that we all know so well.

Throw in director Newell and a superb ensemble cast and you have the movie that set the tone for British rom-coms for a generation or more. It is incredibly hard to believe it is nearly thirty years old!

This superb movie poster was displayed in a U.S. movie theater and does show a few signs of its 30 plus years around the edges. It will however frame beautifully and look amazing on display - either in an Art of the Movies Light Box or traditional framing!

By the way, the film was initially only released in five movie theatres in the States, but after Hugh Grant's appearances in the U.S. media were so well received, the studio threw $11M at publicity and gave it a country wide release!
