A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 2003 (the year of release in the United States) for Gurinder Chadha's coming of age romantic football comedy "Bend It Like Beckham", starring Parminder Nagra, Keira Knightley, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Anupam Kher, Archie Panjabi, Shaznay Lewis, Frank Harper and Juliet Stevenson.

Based in the multi-cultural London Borough of Hounslow, this magical movie follows British Indian 'Jess' and white British 'Jules' as they battle against their families' differing prejudices and expectations to play football (or soccer for our American visitors).

A critical and box office surprise, it took over $100M at the box office against a production budget of 'just' $3M. It still holds an 85% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. 

This wonderful double-sided poster has never been folded and is in superb condition. It is also double-sided and so is suitable for display in an Art of the Movies Light Box or traditional framing.

By the way, this movie is sometimes mistaken as Knightley's first film. Her film debut was actually seven years earlier ("Innocent Lies") and she even appeared in Star Wars' "A Phantom Menace" in 1999.
