A guaranteed original one sheet advance movie poster from 2023 for Greta Gerwig's fantasy comedy "Barbie", starring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Ariana Greenblatt, Emma Mackey and Will Ferrell.

Way back in the 1950's, Ruth Handler watched her daughter Barbara play with her dolls as if they were little adults. Convinced there was a gap in the market she produced a prototype and convinced her husband, co-founder of toy company Matttel, that they should take it to market. She named her new creation Barbie, after her daughter.

Wind forward seventy years and Mattel has sold over 1 billion Barbie dolls (and probably a few Kens too). :-)

A live action Barbie movie was announced back in 2009 and both Amy Schumer and Anne Hathaway were named in the title role before Margot Robbie was cast in 2019. It is now hard to imagine anyone else playing the part.

Barbie is closing in on $1.5B at the box office and is already the fourteenth highest grossing film of all time!

This fantastic advance movie poster has never been folded and as our photos show, is in wonderful condition. Being double-sided it is suitable for both traditional framing and use in an Art of the Movies Light Box.
