A guaranteed original U.S. one sheet movie poster from the 2003 remastered release (known as "The Director's Cut") of Ridley Scott's sensational sci-fi horror "ALIEN", based on a story by Dan O'Bannon and Ronald Shusett.

Starring Sigourney Weaver, Tom Skerritt, Veronica Cartwright, Ian Holm and of course, John Hurt (who can forget the alien chest burst scene) Alien would win the Best Visual Effects Oscar and change sci-fi horror movies forever. 

Such a super movie poster, with a design by Steve Frankfurt and Philip Gips that gave nothing away before the horror hit the screen! It has a lovely 'metallic like' silver ink and the light from the egg almost seems to glow.

It does show signs of its use in a movie theater, with a dinked top left corner and a few light surface scratches, but it will display superbly, either in an Art of the Movies Light Box or traditional framing.

A wonderful opportunity to pick up an original double-sided movie poster for this incredible film.

By the way, the design of the aliens and much else is by artist H.R. Giger. That is the man you have to blame for the nightmares!
