A guaranteed original and framed '8 x 10' movie still for one of the most influential films ever made, Stanley Kubrick's legendary "2001: A Space Odyssey".

Based on the short story The Sentinel by Arthur C. Clarke, the screenplay was written jointly by Kubrick and Clarke. Although financed by MGM from the U.S., the film was largely made in the U.K. It's ground-breaking visual effects earned Kubrick an Oscar. One of four of the film's nominations. 

This superb movie still shows astronaut Dave Bowman with a Discovery EVA pod in the background. What has happened to the ship’s on-board computer HAL and is he and the ship at risk?
