A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster for the 50th anniversary re-release of Stanley Kubrick's legendary "2001: A Space Odyssey".
Based on the short story The Sentinel by Arthur C. Clarke, the screenplay was written jointly by Kubrick and Clarke. Although financed by MGM from the U.S., the film was largely shot in the U.K. Its ground-breaking visual effects earned Kubrick an Oscar, one of four of the film's nominations.
We were delighted to track down a handful of these fantastic original single-sided movie posters from the 2018 50th Anniversary release of the movie. They have never been folded and as our photos show, are in superb condition. We love them!
Now considered one of the most influential films ever made, this is a wonderful slice of movie history that will look incredible framed and on display!
