A guaranteed original advance one sheet movie poster from 2015 for J.J. Abrams' sci-fi reboot, "The Force Awakens", Star Wars Episode VII.

The first of three films set after the original Star Wars trilogy, The Force Awakens continues the galactic struggle between the light and dark sides of The Force.

Together with our old favourites (Mark Hamill as "Luke Skywalker", Harrison Ford as "Han Solo" and Carrie Fisher as "Princess Leia Organa"), the film introduces a host of new characters to take the genre forward, Adam Driver (as “Kylo Ren”), Daisy Ridley (as “Rey”), John Boyega (as “Finn”) and Oscar Isaac (as “Poe Dameron”).

Principal photography was undertaken at Pinewood Studios near London, with on location filming in Abu Dhabi, Iceland and Skellig Michael, a small island off the coast of Ireland.

After the sale of Lucasfilm to Disney, the reboot of the Star Wars franchise was met with both excitement and terror. However, especially given the weight of anticipation, The Force Awakens provided a worthy opener to a new Star Wars era.

This poster has never been folded and is in superb condition! Being double-sided, it is suitable for display in an Art of the Movies Light Box or traditional framing. Either way, this incredible Star Wars poster will look amazing!

Although Drew Struzan was not responsible for this poster (it was produced by LA associates), his hand runs through it. It's design and artwork harks back to the original trilogy re-release posters, evoking the magic of the old, with the wonder of the new. Stunning.
