A guaranteed original licensed promotional poster from 1980 to celebrate the release of "The Empire Strikes Back", sequel to 1977's "Star Wars" and perhaps the most highly regarded of the Star Wars sequels.

Based on a story by George Lucas the film starred Mark Hamill (as "Luke Skywalker"), Harrison Ford (as "Han Solo"), Carrie Fisher (as "Princess Leia"), Billy Dee Williams (as "Lando Calrissian"), Frank Oz (as "Yoda") and a host of actors now very familiar to all movie fans.

This wonderful poster has amazing artwork by celebrated fantasy artist Boris Vallejo. It was licensed by Lucas Film / 20th Century Fox in conjunction with Coca-Cola. It is the only artwork we know of that shows Vader holding two light sabres, an accidental (we assume) portent of scenes to come in the future prequel films.

The poster has never been folded and (as our photos show) is in super condition. A fantastic poster for any Star Wars fan!
