A beautiful and guaranteed original French 'Grande' movie poster from 1967 for "A Venetian Affair", released in French as "Minuit sur le Grand Canal" (literally, "Midnight on the Grand Canal").

Based on a novel by Scottish espionage writer Helen Clark MacInnes, this fun adventure sees journalist and former CIA agent Bill Fenner (Robert Vaughn) caught up in a plot that may implicate his own ex-wife (Elke Sommer). Set in Venice the movie is noted for its colour film of 1960's Venice.

This is a large and really beautiful poster with amazing artwork by Charles Rau!

It was issued folded and has remained so. The future owner may choose to frame it as-is, with the folds visible as part of the poster's vintage, or, have it linen-backed to greatly reduce the visibility of folds. Either way, it will be a major talking point in a stylish home.
