A guaranteed original Italian 'locandina' movie poster from 1972 for John Sturges' bounty hunter western "Joe Kidd", starring Clint Eastwood, Robert Duvall, John Saxon, Don Stroud, Stella Garcia and James Wainwright.
When a retired bounty hunter is in jail for hunting on Indian land, should he join a posse to capture the leader of a peasant revolt. If he does, can he really trust the wealthy land-owners?
Written by Elmore Leonard (who was also responsible for Jackie Brown, Get Shorty and 3:10 to Yuma), this often over-looked movie features a fantastic crescendo ending. It is well worth looking up for any Western or Clint Eastwood fan.
This fantastic period poster was produced for the Italian release of the film. It carries a superb portrait of Eastwood by prolific Italian movie poster illustrator, Enzo Nistri!
Originally issued folded, it has lain flat for some time and so will be shipped rolled. A really lovely poster for any Eastwood fan!
