A guaranteed original French poster from 1962 for "Le Repos du Guerrier" (released in the English as both "Love on a Pillow" and "Warrior's Rest"), a Roger Vadim French / Italian romantic thriller ("Bardot... She Saved His Life... And He Destroyed Hers!").

The film is based on a novel by Christiane Rochefort and stars Brigitte Bardot, Robert Hossein, James Robertson Justice, Jean-Marc Bory, Jacqueline Porel, Jean-Marc Tennberg, Macha Meril, Michel Serrault, and Yves Barsacq.

This is a large, high-impact poster.

It has been beautifully restored. Prior to linen-backing (see FAQs), the poster had small paper loss at some cross-folds and some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss on parts of some folds.

Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linen-backing and is a great example of a 56 year old poster.

The poster will look stunning framed as a high-impact talking point within a stylish setting.
