When Soviet boxing machine Ivan Drago fights and fatally injures Apollo Creed, Rocky vows to avenge his friend on Russian soil. Based in a remote cabin and with only the most basic of training materials, can the rags-to-riches boxer defeat the 'perfect' fighting machine?

The most commercially successful of the Rocky films and a firm fan favourite, it also serves as the backdrop to 2018's Creed II, with Apollo's and Drago's sons reliving their father's earlier battle.
