A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1987 for Rob Reiner's magical fantasy adventure "The Princess Bride", starring, well, just about everyone!

Based on William Goldman's 1973 novel and with an abridged version of the original title (The Princess Bride: S. Morgenstern's Classic Tale of True Love and High Adventure, The "Good Parts" Version), this family favourite sees a grandfather reading a novel to his sick grandson. Can a tale of strange lands, pirates, giants and eternal love possibly be true?

This is a film that has everything. A beautiful story. An incredible cast. An amazing soundtrack (by Marc Knopfler of Dire Straits). All brought together magically by Reiner. We adore it. 

A modest success at the box office (it took $31M against a production budget of $16M), the film found its audience on home video rental. It can now be found on many 'Best of...' film lists!

This superb poster has incredible artwork by movie poster legend John Alvin. Amazingly, it was never folded and as our photos show it is in fantastic condition! It is the only unfolded one sheet we have ever found and it just has to be framed and on display!

By the way, author William Goldman also wrote Marathon Man! Can you believe that?!
