A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1984 for Nick Castle's superb sci-fi adventure, "The Last Starfighter", one of the first films to use computer generated imagery (CGI) to create amazing sci-fi ships and battles.

Alex Rogan (played by Lance Guest) is a trailer park teenager whose only escapism is a video arcade game Starfighter. When he becomes the game's highest scorer, fantasy becomes reality as he fights in space against the Ko-Dan Empire.

For those of us who were starting to play 'shoot em up' space games at the time, this incredible film struck a chord. It is a favourite of many of my fellow '40 and 50 something' young men.

This superb single-sided movie poster has never been folded and as our photos show, is in wonderful condition. We love it!

By the way, ever heard of a Cray super-computer? They had to use one to create the special effects in this film! Now your washing machine probably has more processing power!
