A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from the 2000 re-release of Alfred Hitchcock's classic thriller of 1954, "Rear Window", starring James Stewart, Grace Kelly, Wendell Corey, Thelma Ritter and Raymond Burr.

Based on Cornell Woolrich's short story of 1942, It Had to Be Murder, Hitchcock's masterpiece is shot almost entirely within a single room, as photo-journalist Jeff Jefferies (James Stewart) stares out of his apartment window as he recuperates from a broken leg. 

Has he witnessed the signs of a murder in the Greenwich Village apartment opposite him, or, is he simply going stir-crazy, cooped up during a heat wave? 

TIME magazine considered it "just possibly the second-most entertaining picture (after The 39 Steps) ever made by Alfred Hitchcock". High praise indeed!

This amazing movie poster (to date, It is the only one we have ever found) was produced for the January 2000 re-release of the film. It is in superb condition and being double-sided, could be framed traditionally or displayed in an Art of the Movies Light Box. Either way, this classic will look amazing on the wall of any film buff!

By the way, Hitchcock makes his usual cameo, winding a clock in the songwriter's apartment!
