A guaranteed original and framed '11x14' lobby card from 1970 for Michael Lindsay-Hogg's album making documentary "Let It Be", featuring the fab four, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
The Beatles' Let It Be album was the troubled child of a plan to develop a new album that could be played live on broadcast TV, with a documentary chronicling the music's development.
When the album stalled, the TV broadcast was shelved and the project became the movie Let It Be. The film would win the Best Original Score Oscar.
This wonderful image of Paul would have been snapped by a Unit Still Photographer during filming, perhaps Ethan Russell who had opportunistically landed a role as a photographer for the Let It Be project.
It is in fantastic condition and have been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with iced white mount, protective barrier board and crystal clear Perspex glazing. As our photos show, it will look amazing on the wall of any Beatles fan or drummer!
By the way, the original name for the album and TV broadcast, would be used for Peter Jackson's 2021 three part documentary series, Get Back. This includes a wonderful segment of the roof-top concert. Do look it out!
We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.
Note: This lobby card is priced framed. Photos showing 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
