A guaranteed original advance Japanese 'B2' movie poster from 2017 for "The Last Jedi", Star Wars Episode VIII.
The second of three films set after the original Star Wars trilogy, "The Last Jedi" continues the galactic struggle between light and dark, including Luke Skywalker's epic 'last stand'.
Together with our old favourites (Mark Hamill as "Luke Skywalker", Harrison Ford as "Han Solo" and the late Carrie Fisher as "Princess Leia Organa"), the film continues the new tales of Adam Driver (as “Kylo Ren”), Daisy Ridley (as “Rey”), John Boyega (as “Finn”) and Oscar Isaac (as “Poe Dameron”).
Principal photography was undertaken at Pinewood Studios near London, with on location filming in Mexico and Skellig Michael, a small island off the coast of Ireland.
This poster was issued folded, but has been laid flat for some time and so will be shipped rolled. It displays well.
The film has the sad honour of being the first posthumous performance of Carrie Fisher. The film is dedicated to her memory, and, the poster does her justice, placing her front and centre of the imagery.
