A guaranteed original teaser one sheet poster from 2012 for Christopher Nolan's super-hero sequel "The Dark Knight Rises", with (amongst others) Christian Bale as 'Batman' / 'Bruce Wayne', Tom Hardy as 'Bane', Anne Hathaway as 'Catwoman' and Michael Caine as 'Alfred'.
The final film of Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy was an ambitious undertaking, with filming on three continents and new complex sets, such as an underground prison and a new bat cave created specifically for the film. Against a budget of $230M, the film received critical acclaim and a box office of over $1B.
The marketing campaign for the trilogy was superb and this fantastic movie poster is a great example of the innovative designs used.
It is double-sided and has never been folded. As our photos show, it displays really well! Being double-sided, it could be displayed (and would look superb) in an Art of the Movies Light Box.
