A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1996 for Joel and Ethan Coen's wonderful crime thriller black comedy "Fargo", starring Frances McDormand, William H. Macy, Steve Buscemi, Harve Presnell and Peter Stormare.

When a state trooper is found murdered, can pregnant Brainerd police chief Marge Gunderson track down the culprits?

Filmed in the Minneapolis and Dakota winter of 1995 and premiered at the 1996 Cannes Film Festival, this must-see film would go on to receive seven Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture and Best Director. It would win two. the Best Actress Oscar for McDormand and Best Original Screenplay for the Coen Brothers.

This superb single-sided poster is just about as famous as the film itself. The wonderful 'needle point' / 'cross stitch' design is by Optic Nerve and the Creative Partnership. Perhaps one of the best movie posters of the late twentieth century. We love it!
