A guaranteed original and framed '8 x 10' movie still from Terence Young's 1965 spy thriller "Thunderball", starring Sean Connery as the spy with a license to kill.
The fourth of the James Bond films, Thunderball sees 007 pitted against the shadowy SPECTRE on a mission that takes him to the Bahamas. Nearly a quarter of the movie was shot underwater, including an amazing underwater battle!
This fantastic still, showing a smiling Sean Connery with goggles and trident harpoon gun, would have been taken by a Unit Still Photographer during filming and then used for publicity during the film's release.
It is in wonderful condition and has been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with an iced white mount, protective barrier board and crystal clear Perspex glazing. As our photos show, it will look amazing on display!
By the way, Connery was an excellent swimmer and had worked as a lifeguard at Edinburgh's Portobello Open Air Pool. The pool could accommodate 1,300 swimmers and even had a wave machine that could generate meter high swells!
We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.
Note: This movie still is priced framed. Photos showing 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
