A guaranteed original 11x14 lobby card for Francis Ford Coppola's 1979 Vietnam war epic "Apocalypse Now", adapted from the 1899 novel "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad.

While the events of the novel took place on the Congo River, Ford Coppola's movie transports the action to South Vietnam and Cambodia. Starring Marlon Brando, Robert Duvall, Martin Sheen, Larry Fishburne and Dennis Hopper (and also with Harrison Ford), this astonishing film was nominated for eight Oscars, winning two. It is often cited in lists of the greatest films ever made.

This superb lobby card would have been displayed in the lobby / foyer of a U.S. movie theatre and shows Brando as rogue Colonel Walter Kurtz. As our photos show (front and back), it is in fantastic condition!
