A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 2023 for Bob Peterson's wonderful short film "Carl's Date", based on the characters created for the superb Disney / Pixar adventure comedy "UP".

The first ten minutes of 2009's UP are perhaps the most magical and moving ten minutes of animated film-making we have seen, as we learn of elderly Carl Fredricksen's wonderful life with his now deceased wife, Ellie. As I have written before, it brings a tear (and a smile) to my face just thinking about. It is wonderful.

So, it is with some trepidation that we sat down to watch Carl (reluctantly) prepare for his first date with one Ms Meyers - especially as he clearly has no idea how dating works!

Carl's Date was released in June 2023, shown alongside Elemental.

This wonderful poster, showing Carl and Dug, has never been folded and as you can see from our photos, displays superbly. Being double-sided, it could be displayed in an Art of the Movies Light Box or framed traditionally. Either way,it will look fantastic on the wall of any Pixar fan!

By the way, Ed Asner recorded his voice over for Carl in Spring 2021. It would be one of his final roles.
