Writing this post, I feel a definite sense of déjà vu. One year on from this January 2020 blog post we are still waiting to see Daniel Craig’s last performance as 007, Scarlett Johansson’s stand-alone Black Widow and the next flight of Tom Cruise’s Captain Pete ‘Maverick’ Mitchell. Of course, the world has also changed in many more dramatic ways.
But, as the UK enters another lock-down, we have light at the end of the (long) tunnel in the form of vaccine roll-outs. So, with our optimistic hat on, here are the films we are looking forward to seeing later in 2021.
The Beatles: Get Back
Black Widow
Coming 2 America
Death on the Nile
Dune
Fast and Furious 9
Free Guy
The French Dispatch
Ghostbusters: Afterlife
Jungle Cruise
The King’s Man
Minions: The Rise of Gru
Morbius
No Time To Die
Raya and the Last Dragon
The Suicide Squad
Tom and Jerry
Top Gun: Maverick
If that wasn't enough to look forward to, we are excited to see that these films are also on their way...
Babylon - A Damien Chazelle film is always worth getting excited about!
The Eternals - Marvel's latest big screen creation.
Hotel Transylvania 4 - Always great family films!
Last Night in Soho - A psychological horror by Edgar Wright - exciting!
Pinocchio - A stop-motion animation of the Disney classic by Guillermo Del Toro.
West Side Story - Such a brave move from Spielberg!
In the absence of a night at the cinema, we know that many of you are converting a corner of your home in to your own big screen. If so, a few movie posters really bring the space to life. Why not take a look at the amazing movie posters we have to offer? We can even frame them for you too.
Stay safe and our very best wishes for 2021.
