Super Bowl LIX - All of the New Movie Trailers!
This year's American Football Super Bowl was a more one-sided affair than many had predicted. With the Kansas City Chiefs making their fifth appearance in six years, all eyes were on star quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Could he lead them to an unprecedented third Super Bowl in a row?
As it turned out, it was the Philadelphia Eagles who dominated, running riot and sacking Mahomes six times as they cantered to a 40-22 victory.
The famous half-time show adds entertainment glitz to the sporting spectacle, luring in those with little interest in the football, and, helping to drive up the cost of TV ads too! This year, a thirty second advert cost a whopping $8M!
So, the studios who premiered new trailers to the 117M people who tuned in, must be really confident that their movies will do well at the box office!
