Peter Jackson is making a new Beatles' film!

Amazing to read today that Peter Jackson is to make a new Beatles’ film using footage captured during the making of the ‘Let It Be’ album!

As we mentioned in our recent blog post on the Films of the Beatles, the fab four had considered making a film version of the ‘Lord of the Rings’ themselves (they even approached Stanley Kubrick to direct it) so there’s a certain symmetry in Jackson’s involvement.

We can’t wait!
