The exhibition closed in September but we were recently contacted by the Jacob Burns Film Center (JBFC) with some exciting news, they are hosting the exhibition until 31st July 2025!

Located in Pleasantville, New York, the JBFC is a rare treasure. Founded in 2001, it is a cultural hub that brings together audiences, students, and film-makers to celebrate the joy of movies and explore the craft of film-making. It attracts over 200,000 visitors annually to experience more than 400 films, from current releases to documentaries and curated series. The JBFC also hosts over 100 special events each year, featuring film-maker conversations, live performances, and receptions.

"A poster's job is to celebrate a film in one frame. The job is well done when an audience is piqued and the poster makes it to the dorm room wall." - Dawn Baillie, New York Times, March 2024.
