Over the weekend the Art of the Movies team went to see the amazing “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”. It’s astonishing. Every scene has been lovingly crafted in to a living comic.

Go and see it!

We watched it at the Odyssey cinema in St Albans (now restored to its former art-deco glory), with an introductory talk by James Nichols from the University of Hertfordshire and the amazing team from Chaos City Comics showing off a lot of Spider-Man goodies.

In our on-line, digital and globalised age, it’s great to see local businesses pulling together to provide a fantastic night out.
