A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from the 1985 release of Steven Spielberg's 1982 classic "E.T. The Extra Terrestrial" (‘ET’).

Apparently inspired by an imaginary friend that Spielberg created after his parents' split, this touching adventure tells the story of Elliott and his friends as they try to keep a stranded alien from the authorities and return him to his home.

This superb poster is from the 1985 release of the film and builds upon the original key art with a 'constellation' version of the now iconic image created by movie poster legend John Alvin (check out our blog post on his work), the famous Michelangelo inspired 'finger touch'.

This single-sided poster has never been folded (unusual for the time). It is in superb condition and as our photos show, will look amazing framed and on display!
