A guaranteed original 8x10 movie still from Robert Rossen's 1961 pool-hall gambling drama "The Hustler", based on the 1959 novel by Walter Trevis.
When a young pool hustler takes on a legend and loses, will he fall apart, or with the help of a mentor, can he look deep within himself and find what it takes to win?
Starring Paul Newman as Fast Eddie Felson with Jackie Gleason as his nemesis Minnesota Fats and George C. Scott as his backer Bert Gordon, this incredible movie was nominated for eight Academy Awards and is regarded as a classic of the second half of the Twentieth Century.
Newman would reprise his role alongside Tom Cruise in 1986's The Color of Money.
The fantastic movie still, showing Bert Gordon watching on as Fast Eddie takes a shot, is in wonderful condition! It has been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with an iced white mount, protective barrier board and acrylic glazing with high UV resistance. As our photos show, it will look amazing on display!
We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.
