A guaranteed original British one sheet movie poster from 1977 for Gerald Thomas' comedy compilation "That's Carry On", presented by Kenneth Williams and Barbara Windsor.
Under the premise of their imprisonment at Pinewood Studios, Williams and Windsor are in the projection room, trawling through the previous twenty-eight Carry On films. As the Khasi jokes build, can the desperate for the toilet Williams hold on until the end of the film?
The Carry On films form a very special part of British comedy history. Risque at the time, perhaps a lot more innocent now, the thirty-one films of the franchise can still be seen on TV today. Just try resisting Sid James' laugh!
This wonderful poster, with fantastic caricatures of the Carry On team, came to us via an archive held at Pinewood Studios, the very studios where most of the Carry On films were shot. It was produced tri-folded (folded three times horizontally, but not vertically) and has remained so ever since. It really is in amazing condition and as our photos show, will look incredible framed and on display. A great piece of British comedy history.
We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.
Note: This poster is priced unframed. Photos showing framed and 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
