A guaranteed original '11 x 14' lobby card from 1977 for "Star Wars", now known as "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope".

Written and directed by George Lucas and nominated in the "Best Picture" category for an Oscar, the film introduced us to Mark Hamill (as "Luke Skywalker"), Harrison Ford (as "Han Solo"), Carrie Fisher (as "Princess Leia"), Anthony Daniels (as "C-3PO"), Kenny Baker (as "R2-D2") and a host of actors now very familiar faces to all movie fans.

This superb lobby card would have been used in the foyer of a U.S. movie theatre. It shows a Storm Trooper in the detention centre of the Death Star. The image is often reproduced and has become an icon of the original film. As our photos show it will look fantastic framed and on the wall of any Star Wars fan!
